This company is hopeless. I can't even contact anyone, because there is NO email address to contact. I tried to log on to my original account set up months ago but nothing there. Then it thinks I'm new and have to start all over, with sending my painting photos, which shouldn't happen. Contacted their "help bot" and no answer..And I won't do it a second time... FIX YOUR WEB OR TAKE IT DOWN! Scammers....

This platform is a trap for artists. The interface is completely glitched and designed to force you into a paid subscription. Once you upload your artworks on a free trial, the system forces your profile to be PUBLIC, and the "Save Changes" buttons simply DO NOT WORK when you try to switch it to private. It is a complete violation of privacy and data security. Furthermore, they have completely hidden or disabled the "Delete Account" option. There is no working customer support, and you are left with your high-resolution images stuck on their servers against your will. I had to manually delete all my image files one by one to protect my intellectual property from being exploited. If you are a professional artist, STAY AWAY from this website.

Waste of time. When you upload artwork and then click edit to enter details about your piece a AI bot generates a name and long description. I would have to delete everything generated and to add my own details plus enter a series of other info that was irrelevant. The recommendations were unhelpful and confusing. Before I deleted my account I deleted all of the art that I had posted. I got a notification that my account was deleted a week ago. For the last 7 days I have received an email notification. I have tried multiple times to unsubscribe but that option doesn’t work so I finally blocked the email address.

Uploaded one artwork out of curiosity. Have since been plagued with constant emails. Decided to shut down the account as I don't like marketing that's so aggressive, only to find there is no such option anywhere in there website. Has been about 30 hours now since I contacted customer support and no response as yet. Wild.
