Barrage of click-bait spam.
I signed up for a free account and uploaded a couple of images to quietly test the AI responses and decide if it looked helpful. It seemed to immediately sign me up for a social media platform, share my work (despite me not having made a profile), and bombard me with newsletters and notifications - around 25 messages per week, despite attempts to unsubscribe. To add insult to injury, they are largely unethical and misleading click-bait - 'I analysed your work this week and identified your best target audience, and it's not who you'd expect!' actually takes you to an AI prompt with 'Analyse my work and identify my target audience'. It's possible that, if you embraced it, ArtHelper might be helpful, but, for me, it's a thorn in my side and I wish I'd never gone near it!
