Hello, first of all, thnak you for shopping. We use steel for all our items and our items are the best quality. You emailed us and just wanted to return the item. We requested some photos of the item because we weren't even sure if we were talking about the product we sent. But you said that it would take too much time to take a photo and share it, so you said that you did not want to send a photo of the product. We still sent you our address information so that you could return it, but you did not return it and made this unfair comment. This situation really upset us.
