Slow delivery but good customer service and quality
Delivery is very slow with lots of last minute changes. They advised me that they make things to order and ship when made. Bear this in mind. I had some problems with my delivery but Artepera were very communicative and provided excellent customer service. Product is of very high quality and well made.

However, we stayed in contact with the shipping company throughout the process and did our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
