Buenos dias Señor Oscar, lamentablemente no conoces suficiente el mundo de las “snikers” (sneakers). Hay productos que son originales grado B (productos con defectos de fabrica) que pueden obtenerse a un precio mas bajo por compra en lote y cumplir las necesidades del comprador. Tu hablas de reventa y nosotros no revendemos. Antes de juzgar un servicio desde la ignorancia, es mejor conocerlo.

No vendemos productos falsos. Nunca nos has comprado. Y en caso de haber recibido algún mal producto por nuestra parte, nuestros clientes se ponen en contacto con nosotros para poder solucionarlo y lo solucionamos. No hemos recibido compras ni ningún mail/whatsapp u otra forma de contacto de ningún Ruben Gracia.

La caja ha llegado rota (como te explicamos por mail, esto puede pasar ya que las agencias pueden tratar mal el producto y por el largo viaje que ha tenido tu paquete) En cualquier caso damos la opción de añadir la caja de seguridad para prevenir esto. 3. Periodo el cual indicamos en nuestra política de envíos (de 10 a 12/15 días), pues no todos los zapatos vienen del mismo lugar y necesitan una verificación, gestión de tasas y control de calidad previo. En este caso, el modelo que has comprado, no es fake a precio de original como tu dices; es un modelo Clase B, zapatos que, como pone en nuestra política, pueden tener pequeños defectos de fábrica, y en nuestro caso, pormenores, pues de lo contrario no nos los quedamos. Y de ahí, los descuentos que ofrecemos.
