After numerous phone calls and the assurance that I would be called back to explain why the quote for a new system and a negotiated price that I agreed to through an e-mail have not been followed up. It is three weeks later and no one has contacted me while I continue to receive cards in the mail from RS Andrews with promotional discounts !!!??? I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism after a great experience that I had last summer with the company.

The unit was installed on June 2nd wired on the 3rd, two technicians have been out to start it, and it still isn’t working.

THE BIG RUN AROUND! The install process was good however, after that it has been nothing but a run around. After the install the city inspector came out and said that the waterspout was not properly placed and water was running under my front room and puddling. I called and was told someone would be calling me back. First, they didn't respond for 2 days. After many attempts to get ahold of someone, first they argued that the city inspector and I were wrong. After that they complied and scheduled a date for them to return to fix the issue. June 2nd. They did not show up. Called again and had another conversation about the issue to yet another person who again tried to say it wasn't their fault again that failed and we scheduled another appointment. June 5th. Again, they did not show, another round of the same above. Rescheduled for June 9th and they didn't show, this time apparently, they were running behind even though I had a morning appointment. Rescheduled again for tomorrow...June 10th. Do I actually think they will show...nope. At some point I will need to take legal action. This is for my mother's property, and she is 76 years old and not in the best health. Not only is it terrible business practice, the indifference to my mother's age or health is appalling!

April I had you come out and do seasonal.check up He did that than in May I seen a leak from pipe outside that you installed So I called to have someone come out to correct it Scheduled it for Thursday between 12-4 No show I called back again they scheduled it Friday 8am-12 No show Reschedule it for 12-4 Calked it above where it was leaking I called back I wanted refund for 40.00 I paid for seasonal check up Not for 3 no shows I spend 11 hours waiting and when I called they were short handed I am the customer at least they could have not scheduled me if they were not gonna show up I am very disappointed on how I was treated

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing service issues regarding my HVAC system, which your company installed four years ago for over $14,000.Since the installation, the system has required annual repairs exceeding $1,000 per visit. Furthermore, your technicians consistently provide conflicting diagnoses during these service calls. Most recently, in April 2026, I paid $1,800 for repairs, yet the system is already broken again. It appears the previous service was incomplete.This pattern of recurring breakdowns and incomplete repairs raises serious concerns about the quality of your work and your billing practices. I request that a senior technician inspect my system immediately to resolve this issue permanently at no additional cost.

I was not impressed by the car lot mentality and trying to sell me a new unit. How do you give me a qoute of 24,000$ than a 5000$ return customer discount. 24 hours later send me a qoute for 12,000$$. So if we are playing games with pricing, what else is going on? I will never call Bluedot again.

This company does not value customer's time. They schedule appointments and do not show up, nor do they have the courtesy to call and let the customer know they are delayed. This has happened multiple times. Stay away from this company. They are a total waste of time. Lots of better HVAC companies in the Nashville area who can help you but do not choose this one.

We called this company for same-day service after our guests reported that the air conditioning had stopped working during very hot weather in Spring Hill, Florida. The technician told us that the evaporator coil had failed (which is under warranty), pointed out several other alleged issues with the system, and quoted approximately $4,000 in repairs for labor. We were also told that the unit was frozen solid and that multiple components were not functioning properly. During the conversation, we felt pressured to make a quick decision. Fortunately, we decided to have another HVAC company inspect the system before proceeding. The second company thoroughly checked the unit, including refrigerant pressures and overall operation, and found that the system itself was functioning properly. They determined that the freeze-up was caused by a clogged air filter restricting airflow. After the unit was properly defrosted and the airflow issue was corrected, the AC returned to normal operation. Based on our experience, the diagnosis and repair recommendation from the first company were completely inconsistent with what was actually wrong. We are very disappointed and concerned that expensive repairs were recommended when they were not needed. For that reason, we would not use this company again and cannot recommend them to others. We strongly encourage homeowners to get a second opinion before authorizing major HVAC repairs.
