Thomas is a fantastic employee. I was nervous about replacing my hot water heater. He eased my mind by explaining everything and he was doing and he worked steadily. He was so friendly and professional. I have never had any complaints with ARS or their employees and I have been a customer for 15 years. Thomas didn’t disappoint me.

Called ARS yesterday 10/12/25, was quoted $80.00 for service call. Tankless water heater not heating water, showing Code 11, told them it works and then stops working. ARS shows up, turns it on, checks things, It works. Says, “I didn’t really do anything, I’ll charge you a consultant fee, of $150.00.” ARS Leaves, and guess what the tank starts flashing code 11. Update: ARS contacted us, sent Nick out next day, and fixed our issue. He checked everything, and was very thorough. I’m very happy they resolved our issue and so fast. I will use them again.

Steve was so helpful and friendly. He was patient and explained what he was doing and what the problem was. Talked me through what I needed to do to maintain my drains and explained why what I was using to unblock my pipes was actually causing more problems than fixing them. Truly can’t say enough good things about Steve and the work he did for us.

I had a clogged main line. I had called another company the day before, they could not clear the clog (2 hours trying) and said my cast iron was collapsed and the entire system need to be replaced ($68,000). I called ARS the next day for 2nd opinion. Darryl came out (he found the cleanout the other company could not find) and had my clog fixed in under 15 minutes. It it so refreshing to find an honest person working this trade. I will defiantly recommend them to anyone I know and will be my go to for any type of Plumbing needs. Honest and very reasonably priced.

Sean McNair done a great job with my seasonal tune up and provided me excellent knowledge of the repairs needed for my unit. I would also like to add he was respectful and polite.

ARS / Rescue Rooter Tampa Bay, although longer than expected, did a wonderful job of repairing a 21/2 ton unit installed last year. Madison went out of her way to keep us informed of the progress of getting the correct parts. Sefit Malai and Ervin Gogai performed very well and were very professional and courteous. Good job by all and you made two elderly customers very happy.

I called on Friday and Robert Huerta came out and went over our options. We negotiated a nice 2 stage system with a UV light and surge protection and a cleaner for the gas line as well as a Wi-Fi thermostat. This includes a service contract and a 10-year parts and 5 years labor guarantee. On Saturday the very next day the installer Chaz and his partner came out and removed the old system and installed the new system in 8 hours. They were friendly and respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves when the work was complete. I would highly recommend ARS/Home Depot to anyone needing service or replacement in Lakeland FL.
