ARS/Rescue RooterReviews of ars.com

ARS worked with me and I installed both furnace and air conditioner the next day. The installation was only 4 hours in this heat and I am so happy. It’s hard to find a company to trust, but I will continue all my businesses with ARS.

The technician showed he cared about my concerns He was very honest in his responses. His mannerism was delightful to hear. He displayed true professional in problem solving to the best of his ability. Thank you very much for such great understanding and service.

The two installers were pleasant and considerate. They came in and put there boot covers on and then laid down the cloth grip blanket on all areas they would walk on and work. They showed me how to use the new thermostats and were on the air handlers the air filters were and how often they need to be replaced. They did a great job pick up after themselves, which I greatly appreciate.

Extremely helpful in getting to our house as soon as possible. And taking care if the issue we had

Thank you for your work I like the fact that you took the time to come to investigate the issue and fix it the next day.

They came a day earlier which was great. Workers very good. Job got done very efficiently.

THE INSTALLATION PEOPLE JACOB AND ALEX WERE EXCELLENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT.

Very easy getting the work scheduled. I was surprised that they could arrange to do the job so quickly. Great communication with them. Plumber came on time, was efficient, professional, answered all my questions. Used another company for many years but now going to switch over to ARS
