This is the 2nd review and I have called multiple time. No one has came back to fix the shelving that was taken apart and to replace the trim to our attic that was taken down. Someone came out to look a few days ago, told me they would be here Saturday (yesterday) to fix and never showed up. Not even a call to say they weren’t coming. I wasted my entire day waiting for nothing. At this point I’m asking myself why I gave you all my business if my house was going to be left in the state that it’s in. A phone call saying they couldn’t make it would have been acceptable.

Installing the new HVAC was not as smooth as we had hoped. The system works great and we are very pleased with it.

I got an air scrubber installed at the time I bought my new HVAC unit, 3 years ago, last year the ARS TECH came for the yearly tune up and told me the bulb was out, I paid $350.00 to have it replaced but I noticed that air scrubber was not working, a few weeks ago another tech came for a tune up and told me everything was working fine including the air scrubber, I have an ELITE PRO SERVICE MEMBERSHIP WITH ARS, I got another company to take a look and I was informed that the AIR SCRUBBER was not working. I have made many calls to ARS and I am always told that a manager will call me back but they never do.

The techs did not light my hot water heater!!

Everyone that has seen our new air-conditioned says it's too big for our Condo unit. It's too bad there was no one here to help me decide on a smaller unit. Oh well, live and learn I guess.

The tech said I needed a expensive service and didn't show me and one of things he said he did he couldn't do due to the cover of the unit was on and the cover had to be off to get to the coils. So ,I don't trust them . And also when he cleaned the AC unit outside he used the hose and only cleaned the blades and there was leaves and mud in the bottom. I feel very disappointed and wouldn't recommand them.

The young man was very nice and accommodating but was unable to get the clog cleared. So not 5 star this time.

Different techs gave different analyses as to how to fix the À/C. Took too long to get the parts. Time ranges given for “confirmed” appts. were way off. We went a month of hot days/nights without A/C. Available telephone numbers to call for info on progress or for customer relations to complain were hard to come by. Tech Reggie finally got A/C working. We would like to adopt him for future service needs.
