Horrible service! Uncontrollable calls from different people to schedule maintenance, not abiding by the contract of every six months. They do not read the account information and call from different offices about 4 to 5 times a week. Send technicians when not asked for just to push up work not needed. All technicians are forcing to buy a new air conditioner even when not needed, very aggressive. Extremely difficult and almost impossible to by filters, I need to call about 10 or more times to different phone numbers and get no resolution, it becomes an aggravating full-time job for something so simple. It appears that because they turned into a monopoly that they are abusing customers.

We purchased air/heating system, couple of years ago w maintenance plan. Scheduled maintenance service 3 times. Each time got a message couldn't come short of staff. Yet I get a call early morning each appt date that was cancelled,saying "A crew will be in my area today,call to schedule an appt. (Mar.30, April 3, April 9) Are the scheduled appt dates.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONE NUMBER! I’ve asked multiple times to be removed from their system, spoken with customer service, and was assured my number was deleted — yet the calls never stop. I’ve blocked their numbers, but they still manage to leave endless voicemails from new ones. It’s a total nightmare. They are relentless, and it feels impossible to get any peace. I’ve reported them to the BBB, as well. If you value your sanity, do not engage with them or share any contact info. You've been warned.

please don't opt for ARS as they were not able to find 2 major issues in my HVAC system when i paid for Maintenance Package. When i called them the customer service picks the call and say oh sorry to hear this but they don't forward the call to Maintenance department nor the department ever picks our calls...Worth customer service and worthless of our time and money.. Also they never call us back nor picks our calls nor customer service forwards our calls....its like paying them and getting those 2 major issues fixed by someone else...who were able to fix those issues....gladly they are better than ARS

Complete train wreck. We had a emergency pipe burst. I called around 6 PM. Explain to them that no one was home as this was a house that we were listing. The dispatcher said that wasn’t a problem and they would just call me when they get to the house. And that they would arrive between 6 and 9 PM. By 830. I had not got a call from them and when I called, they could not have been more rude and said they still had 30 minutes to show up and didn’t understand why I was calling. I again explained I’m not home and if no one calls me they’re gonna be knocking on the door and no one is going to answer. They said they were going to escalate it to have a supervisor call me to give me an estimate of when the plumber would arrive. The supervisor never called at 9 PM. I called and they just said that they were very busy and they would have a supervisor call me. This time the supervisor did call me and was even more rude than the other person I talked to. She said that she had just dispatched a plumber to my house and that they would be there soon. When I explained that they needed to call me, she was cutting off the phone call to hang up and when I told her please don’t hang up on me, she said. “What is it?” I explained the situation again that no one was home and that I needed the plumber to call me so I could walk him through everything and she said well that is a problem because someone needs to be home so now I need to cancel this. I explained that I’ve already mentioned this several times and no one ever said it was an issue and I’ve now waited three hours with an emergency and could’ve called another company. She said well that’s not my problem. I then asked her what am I supposed to do and she said, I don’t know that’s your problem. And then she hung up on me. I don’t know how many -0 stars Company can rack up, but this may ultimately be the worst one I’ve ever encountered.

Showed up 5 hours late. Misdiagnosed issue, couldn't fix problem. Dispatchers make promises that they can't keep. Basically, want to sell you stuff you don't need. Overpriced and very dishonest. Avoid at all costs. ykate

"Beware! False Promises" I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company, and I can't stress enough how utterly frustrating and disappointing it has been. From the start, they made promises that were completely misleading, and it became clear that they have no issue lying to their customers. The first time I scheduled with them for service, they called the day of to reschedule. This is after I had requested time off work. The rescheduled appointment did take place with no problems. I just recently scheduled an annual maintenance for the HVAC. I called the day before to confirm and was told yes the technician would be out between 8am and 12 noon. On the day of the appointment, a representative called at 10:45 to inform my appointment will need to be rescheduled. I asked why, she informed one tech was side swiped and the other just called to report he had 2 flat tires! The lie, came out so smooth and effortless. With that being said, I wouldn’t trust a company that has no problem lying to their customers. If you're looking for a company you can trust, this is not it. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Their complete disregard for honesty is beyond frustrating and makes it clear they don't value their customers at all. There are plenty of other businesses that can earn my business.

Wow! Had an HVAC guy go out and give me a quote yesterday that was very expensive. So I went on the internet review section for this company ARS/Rescue Rooter. Come to find out that they have a one-and-a half-star rating. Whew! that was a close call, I will definitely not use them now or in the future based on the reviews and price. Thanks but no thanks!
