My parents are older and had an emergency kitchen sink leak that needed to be fixed. The technician pressured them into buying a whole house water softener system. They intimidated and pressured an elderly person into spending $6000+ in a system they didn't need! All they wanted was the leak to be fixed. I asked why they agreed to purchase it and they said they just wanted the leak fixed but he made it seem like they needed the system to protect the pipes so it wouldn't happen again. I call BS on them and shame on them for using high pressure sales and scare tactics on an elderly couple! Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Administrative and Supervisory support is terrible. The initial technician who came for the system diagnosis of the refrigerant leak was friendly and polite. However, he pushed hard to sell unnecessary services. The technician's diagnosis, which involves a dye infused into the system to detect the source of the leak, will take 10 days. The technician came, made the diagnosis, and gave a repair estimate. I paid upfront, $795 for the diagnosis. I agreed to the estimate of about $3,500 for the repair after finding the source of the leak. I waited 10 days, but did not hear from ARS. I called and was told that a technician would get in touch. Since then, I have not heard from ARS-Laurel MD.

We have used ARS for about the past 20 years. Recently we noticed that EVERY TIME they came they were trying to sell us services - for the past 3 years they have been telling us that our AC is leaking coolant - the unit is 9 years old, so they started this in year 6 of the units life. They wanted hundreds to investigate and find the problem - telling us that the warrantee only covered the parts. We declined the service. This year they recommended that we replace the unit or spend hundreds to find and fix the leak. We decided it was time for a second opinion...... guess what? The new guys says PERFECT working condition - no leak - not low on coolant!!!!!!! I have cancelled our maintenance service with ARS.

What a horrible experience dealing with this company. I made an appointment for a summer Hvac cleaning and to take a look at our Hvac that wasn't working too well. I made the appointment gave all my info and contact number, but the tech NEVER showed up for the appointment. I called them afterwards and they had the incorrect number for my contact info, so I never received the confirmation call. They canceled my appointment and didn't even tell me. I called them to ask about it, and they told me it was canceled then hung up on me...total incompetence on the call department side. The call girl I talked to barely spoke English I had such a hard time communicating with her. NEVER try them again. The fact that they hung up on me after that statement was totally unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone.

It's a scam. They collect your phone number from social media and keep calling you to talk absolute sh*t and trying to steal your money. The reason I gave my details through social media ads is once I've fallen victim of crypto investment scam and they ARS Consult claims they help you to recover the money. The logic is that you are stupid enough to once scammed, so that they can scam the victims again. I'm sure they have various menu of scams so just tell them to back off and block their number if you get a call from "AR Consult"

ARS Rescue Rooter does not keep their commitments. Sales representative was sent out instead of a diagnostic repair technician requiring another service call. The technician tried to up-sell products I did not need or want.

All I can say is please don’t use them. They have didn’t prices on who they can scam. Like they charged me $13,000 for to install a whole unit but someone else $7500. Then they left trash in my yard front and back. And I didn’t know til a year later that they put a hole in my wall because I don’t go in the crawlspace like that and it’s way in the back. And the insurance adjuster said it had to be them because when he looked in all he saw was the insulation from the hvac unit ran through. And customer service says they’ll talk to their boss and call me back and don’t and I’ve called several times and no call back. Please please don’t get scammed like us and a half ass job. I’m just warning you. By the way we went through Home Depot because we thought we could trust them but seems like today you can’t take nobody’s word!

Slimy sales tactics. OVERPRICED!!! Stay Away!!
