Mr. Tyler Thomas, an ARS Representative, restored my faith in customer service. This young man approached me in such a professional yet personable manner from the time I opened the door to the time he left. He walked me through every inch of information regarding HVAC systems. Although he was extremely thorough, he allowed me to ask questions and voice any concerns. He responded with care and knowledge ensuring that I fully understood the equipment, offers, etc. He listened and understood my concerns and nervousness in making such a huge purchase. Yes, I needed new HVAC systems, but he not once made me feel pressured to purchase from ARS. He just laid out clearly how I might benefit with choosing ARS HVAC systems. I sincerely thank you Tyler. You were awesome. A huge shoutout to Mr. Novie and Mr. Donnie the technicians who installed the systems. Thank you, gentlemen, for the hard work. It was extremely hot the day of installation, but these guys worked until nightfall to ensure systems were a go! They were very professional as well. They too did not hesitate to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Again, thank you!

Fish was great! We have been experiencing high water bills and have been unable to diagnose the source of the leak. Fish chased down all causes even crawling through our crawl space! He was through, explained things multiple times to both my wife and myself. He was a professional throughout. I highly recommend!

Ok all around

The Technician, Irvin Guerrero was very efficient and was in contact with me regarding his arrival time to do the work on my air conditioner, 8/15/26. The communication with the office on 8/14, when the trouble started with my AC, was very poor. I was told 3 different times regarding the person who was arriving to check out the problem I was having. Irvin finally arrived after 9PM. Checked the problem and told me exactly what needed to be done and he would be here 8/15. That he would call around 9am to give me his arrive time. He called on time and was in contact with me until his arrival time, 8/15, which was 9:45am. The work is complete. Shirley Zeiner
