This company and their furniture are beyond the BEST! I just received a beautiful velvet pull-out couch from them. Their customer service was STELLAR! Right after ordering my couch, I realized that in the delivery time of 6 to 10 weeks, I would not be at the address where it needed to be delivered, but I had already paid for the couch. I emailed the company and said I’ve paid for the couch, but there would be an issue with receiving it. They emailed back by the next morning and offered me a full refund. By the time I read the email, they had already contacted their warehouse and realized they did indeed have an orange velvet couch in stock and could have it delivered within the next few weeks. They said that they would proceed with the refund but gave me the option of still receiving the product that I wanted. Their customer service is SUPERB and I would not hesitate to deal with this company in the future. I read some of these reviews and that is not my experience AT ALL! My purchase was just a few weeks ago and m/b they have read the reviews and made internal changes or m/b they did not realize the experience from the customers point of view,, but either way, they are one of the BEST companies that I’ve ever dealt with! You are in great and HONEST hands and you will have a quality piece of furniture for many years to enjoy!
