Installation of additional stair-lift to the basement.
Technician arrived early. The installation went quickly. The technician was very proper and polite. He explained everything very well. This is the second lift we are installing. We highly recommend this product and the staff of the Columbus Ohio location.

Easy stairlift purchase.
Our initial consultation with Chauncey was very helpful. He was exactly on time and answered all of our questions. When we selected the stairlift we wanted Chauncey was able to schedule the installation the next day. The installation was flawless. Very pleased with all aspects of the purchase. This stairlift changed our lives.
