I am very pleased with the product and service. The lift chair made it possible for my wife to stay in our home and live as she chose. The product quality is first rate, as well as the service. I will recommend this product to any one who I hear is in need of it's services.

Employees are on the ball.

Pike Outreach Chairlift
Had no issues with Arrow Lift's part of the installation. The only issue we had was a rocker switch that was not in the correct position, and that was diagnosed and handled through a 10 Min. phone call.

Great service team.
Great service team. The techs are always very friendly and professional. We have them inspect our elevator annually.

I have been very pleased with the…
I have been very pleased with the performance of the chair lift that was installed. I must note it has only been 6 months since it was installed. I was very impressed with the installer for his fine work and he also switched controller sides with a which took extra effort but he did it will a smile. My only disappointment was there is no referral progam since I have wanted to/and have referred other people to Arrow.

reason for a chair lift
The chair lift has helped the mobility challenged people in our house get up and down the stairs in a split level home, which is exactly why we had it installed.
