From the sales visit through…Great Experience
From the sales visit through installation we were impressed with the level of professionalism and concerns and/or questions were answered to our satisfaction. A neighbor had a Stannah lift installed a few years ago for the husband and they were instrumental in giving us a demo of a working lift from first hand experience

Safety
Allows my husband to go up and down safely and I use it for elevator transporting stuff down stairs which keeps me safe. So happy with it

Great experience they did everything…
Great experience they did everything they said they were going to do and then some, from the salesman to the installer. Good bunch of people thank you.

We Have More Independence Now
I was able to visit a friend who used Arrow Lift and was impressed. I called to make an appointment and the representative came to our home the next day. He was not pushy and told us the options we had. We decided to go with them and are so happy we did. They came in a few days and installed our stair-lifts. The young man who installed them was very efficient and hard worker. We are happy with the stair-lifts and will be able to stay in our home much longer now that stairs are not a problem.

Everything was great , I recommend Arrow lift !!!
Everything was great from our salesman David St.John to the installation and very happy with the product we purchased - My wife just had a knee replacement so this will come in handy along with my in-laws when they come in town !

Arrow Lift did a great job installing my chair lift!! They were knowledgeable, professional and professional. We absolutely love the design and how it fits our needs. Charlie Babcock was great to work with.
