Very smooth
I was very satisfied with the work and how well it fits into our decor. The installer was friendly and indicated how lovely by he would be when he left briefly for some additional supplies. He came back in that time frame. Everything went very smoothly. The instructions were clear and precise.

Everything was taken care of quickly…
Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We had a great introduction to the product and full and clear instructions once the stair lift was installed within a matter of days. Our installer was very personable and very professional. It was a great experience all the way around and I am promoting this product and this company to anyone who will listen.

They were prompt and on time for all promised visits and work. Told us all we needed to know about the chair lift. Their advice was good.

Rodney arrived on time, worked quietly and quickly. Cleaned up thoroughly! Provided detailed user instructions. Very understandable service contract explanation without pressure. Very professional interaction.
