Competent and straightforward people!
From my first contact with the company I found all the people to be engaging, competent, helpful, and ready to serve. At the installation, I was not disappointed and the two young men who did the installation reflected the best at Arrow Lift. We strongly recommend this company.

This chair lift is the greatest --…
This chair lift is the greatest -- especially on a narrow carpeted stairway. I am in 7th heaven hauling things up and down -- I can make much more use of the whole house. The installer (Ezra?) was extremely kind and efficient! I love, love, love it!!!

A company that is true to their deadlines and estimates.
From the very start when I contacted the office (Shelly), my inquiry was passed onto a salesman (matt) and the subsequent installation date was on time as promised with the 2 technicians doing the installation in 6 hrs. The followup with Kelsey was right on time and the price was lower than one other competitor. The lead tech (Marcus) explained the operational details and they made no mess whatsoever. I would recommend Arrow Lifts to anyone in need of a stairlift- Go Stannah
