Wonderful company with great employees
Arrow Lift quickly responded to my plea for help. Following my 2nd hip replacement, I realized when I got home from the hospital, that I wasn't going to make it up the 15 stairs to my bedroom and full bath. They came out 2 days later with the information and it was promptly installed. It really changed my life for the better. Everyone was kind and professional. A great experience for a great product!

The lift was purchased so my mother-in-law could go from the first floor to the second floor and everything is working great the installer was a great guy. I am very happy with your product.

A most pleasant transaction
Every step of my purchase went flawlessly. The salesman was right on time, brought various options, and answered all my questions thoroughly. There was no pressure, only helpful information to assist my selection. My installer was also right on time and ready to go. He explained the installation process and was fully prepared. When the installation was complete, he walked me through operation, care, and possible error codes. When he was done, I felt very comfortable with my ability to operate and maintain the system.

An install well done.
The install was prompt, The technician who did it was very competent and courteous, and the job he did was very well done. We are discovering new and pleasing things about our lift chairs as we use them, which is considerable. The technician even indicated that Arrow would check in after a while to see how the lift are operating.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. Talking with the agents to purchase the lift went well, they both were very helpful in explainng everything. The installer was great, did a good job of explaining everything to us. Thank you.
