Great communication
Loved Nate, our sales person, did not meet Chris, our installer, but he did a great job and I thank him for letting me bug him on the phone. Thank you Arrow Lift, you solved a huge problem for us!!

This was a great experience from start…
This was a great experience from start to finish. On time, professional, quick installation, works well. I purchased a refurbished unit and it looks great and was priced well.

Everything happened on time as…
Everything happened on time as scheduled. The installer knew what he was doing, explained what was going and and how to use the lift correctly. A few little fasteners were short but since the installer told me I was able to get him to the hardware store in town while it was still open. The only problem is that I have trouble fitting the cover over the sssear

Everyone that we worked with was…Wonderful
Everyone that we worked with was wonderful. And especially our installer Chris. Chris did a wonderful job and was very understanding while we were going through a very hard time.
