Lift was fine and worked for the short…
Lift was fine and worked for the short time we had it… however, buyer beware. The buy back offer is a bit misleading. We were told at the time we purchased this lift that we would get back a certain percentage back if we no longer needed the lift, even since it was a remanufactured unit. We had it for less than 14 months and were expecting at least 20% back. However, when it came time to have it uninstalled, we were told that “since it was a reconditioned lift the buy back was determined by the date the lift was built not when it was installed”. Also at that time, we were told that we wouldn’t be getting anything back because of the this manufactured date and that it was beyond the buy back timeframe. She said she would make an exception in our case and give us 10% back which calculated to $300.00. We’ve already received the $300 and appreciate how quickly you got this to us…this buy back program should be a litt clearer at the time of purchase.
