From start to finish the whole experience was great. Mr. St. John's came to my home to see what my needs were and gave me all information to make a decision. Once I said yes, measurements were taken and order placed. My lift was installed 6 weeks later. The installation was flawless. The installers were respectful, of me and my home. Everything was cleaned up and left spotless. They showed me how to use my lift and left instructions if I had questions. All in all I am so very satisfied with Arrow Lift and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in a stair lift. Thank you to all of you.
