Arrow Lift was the only company that…
Arrow Lift was the only company that allowed me to test out the stair lifts at their California location (Union City) and that made a huge difference in my decision to buy from them. The installation process was easy and did not take too much time to install the three straight stair lifts that I purchased for my home. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Now, I am able to use all 3 floors of my home more easily than before thanks to the Arrow Lift stair lifts.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Deborah. We’re glad the opportunity to try the stair lifts in our Union City showroom helped you feel confident in your decision—that’s exactly why we have locations where clients can see and use the equipment firsthand. It’s also great to hear the installation went smoothly and that our installer took the time to walk through your questions. Knowing the lifts are helping you comfortably access all three levels of your home is truly meaningful to us. We appreciate you choosing Arrow Lift and sharing your feedback.
