I love this card’s “grow” section of your account. It provides very useful & informative information & really motivates me to stay on track & give me an incentive to do so.

Your folks there are kind courteous and they have respect for the customer which say I think is wonderful and it's hard to find that with a bunch of credit card companies

Asked to close my account and you refused. No interest in ever doing business with you again. A consumer can close their account at anytime and continue to pay so theyre able to restrict access to the account. Youre actions are predatory.

An Arro Card account can be closed at any time if the balance is $0. If a member has made purchases on their card, those are required to be paid back before the card can be closed. Feel free to contact us again at [email protected] and we can confirm the process for paying off your card to close your account.

This is not an app for 1099 contractors and self employed. Very deceptive emails stating we now believe you are a perfect fit for our program only to go through the same application process as before that does not accept the income that clearly shows. Stop sending fraudulent emails and update your program to include self employed before you send out your "perfect fit" invitation.
