Account was useful at first, but approximately 6-8 weeks ago, I received a notice that the Arro site/card was undergoing some kind of upgrade, so all earned credit limit increases would be on hold for a short period of time, with Arro keeping track of them during that time period. I've still not been given the promised credit limit increases I earned, and have received nothing but scripted responses when I've contacted them. Also, my card was "frozen" a few weeks ago for unknown reasons. My account has always been active and in good standing. I contacted Arro and was told they had unfrozen my account but couldn't tell me why it was frozen in the first place. No phone number available to call customer service, only email. Lousy company, don't waste your time.

There were fraudulent charges on my account and documentation of proof was given so many times to Arro and yet to hear from anyone and it’s been a month and I continue to get the same email response stating that we received your request and someone will contact me in 24-48 hrs. My card has been frozen and have not received a new card as well. This is unacceptable and someone needs to get my problem resolved

Love this app and this card my favorite

ARRO Horrible company demanding requirements for a little card with a tiny limit They accessed my personal Wells Fargo account and changed my scheduled payment. It is not worth the hassle for a little card with high fees AVOID THEM

It's just awesome

ARRO Financial is the best organization I ever worked with! Everything that was presented in the invitation to apply for their Mastercard is true. You get much more than a MC. You get a comprehensive educational program and pathway to financial wellness along with their MC. Their products and services are simply superb! Thank you ARRO!!!

Such a great card and company. Customer service is just as great. It helps you learn a little bit of everything all while increasing ur credit line and ur score. Highly recommend!
