Here are the facts
Here are the facts. I invested $5000 for a year and got $100 back. They say this is 5% earned. I don't know how they do their math. It's 2% at best. This is an awful investment. I could do much better with the stock market investing in dividend earning stocks. I am doing much better with Fundrise and Roots. And you cannot sell your interest in their single family homes which actually will LOSE money for you! They have no exit or liquidation for these investments. Avoid Arrived. It arrived, and no one got aboard. Read their reply below- it totally avoids the issue that I raise above of an exit for their single-family home sales. For years now, Arrived has promised investors an exit vehicle for the investments in these homes. Their latest promise was that something would be available this summer. That has not materialized. I doubt that it will, leaving them looking like people that make promises and do not keep them. The dividend profits on my purchases of their single-family homes is consistently between 3% and 4%. You can do better at an online bank. You can do better with a bond fund, a treasure bill, or tax-free municipal funds, which pay about 4%. Read their nebulous response, likely drafted by some business school graduate who works for them. It is not to the point and does not address my concerns that their investments are UNDERPERFORMING every other investment out there. Arrived has not arrived. Perhaps it may arrive sometime in the future. You can exit every investment at Fundrise and other like real-estate plays. I would look for one of those. I have some money in Fundrise and in Roots and the returns there have far exceeded Arrived. I no longer continue to invest further in Arrived and will not, until they get an exit vehicle for their investments- ALL of them. Pointing to ONE investment they offer that has a 6-month exit option is really meaningless and avoids my concern. 3%-4% that is what they are paying. You can do better in the stock market and OTHER real estate plays and REITS. Put your money elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to respond. Real estate is fundamentally a long-term investment. Evaluating performance over a single year—especially in a dynamic market—can be misleading. Returns may fluctuate due to a variety of factors, including timing of cash flow distributions, property-level expenses, and market conditions. It’s common for rental income and appreciation to compound over multiple years, and short-term snapshots may not fully reflect long-term potential. It’s also worth noting that our Single-Family Residential Funds offer quarterly liquidity for investors after an initial six-month hold period. And starting this summer, we’re introducing a new secondary market feature that will enable investors to seek liquidity from individual property shares—providing more flexibility in managing your portfolio. While each investor’s financial goals and preferences vary, we encourage considering how different asset classes—stocks, REITs, private real estate, etc.—can serve complementary roles within a diversified portfolio. We’re committed to transparency, and our full offering materials—including audited financials—are publicly available for all investors to review. Thank you again for your feedback.
