At Arrived, returns are not guaranteed and are dependent on the performance of each individual property. As with any real estate investment, results can vary and carry inherent risk. We’re transparent about this in our offering materials and throughout our platform. For liquidity, investors have two options: placing shares for sale on our SEC-qualified Secondary Market, or receiving proceeds when a property is sold at the end of its target hold period. The Secondary Market enables investors to list shares for other investors to purchase, offering flexibility before a property’s sale. This is a peer-to-peer marketplace. In the October secondary market window, we see that you were able to successfully place orders and match for various properties. Additionally, you have 6 properties that are eligible for trading in the upcoming window, which is November 7th through the 14th. Hey Jonathan, While Arrived investment offerings are designed with multi-year horizons in mind, we do offer liquidity options beginning after a six-month minimum holding period. Arrived fund investments include a redemption plan that provides quarterly opportunities for liquidity. Individual Arrived property investments have access to the Secondary Market, which provides investors with the opportunity to sell shares after the six-month holding period. Shares can be listed for sale during the next available quarterly trading window, subject to buyer demand and market conditions. Hi Dez, Thanks for sharing your feedback — we’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations. Since launching our secondary trading platform, thousands of investors have actively bought and sold shares, representing several million dollars in property value exchanged. If you’ve had trouble selling, you might consider adjusting your asking price to be more competitive with current market demand. That said, we’ve seen healthy trading activity and pricing stability overall. As of August, over 70% of properties on the platform were trading within ±10% of their Arrived valuation, and many shares were selling at or above that value. We appreciate your candid input and are always working to improve investor experience and liquidity options.

Thanks for your review Jovi, I wanted to address the concerns around liquidity. Our funds have easily accessible redemption program where users can redeem their shares after a 6 month hold. For our individual properties, we have already launched our secondary platform which allows users to list their shares for sale during our trading windows after a 6 month hold. We have already had thousands of users participate and buy and sell millions of dollars in property value. We’re sorry to hear that your returns haven’t met expectations. While individual property performance can vary, many investors choose to diversify across different Arrived products to help smooth out the impact of any single asset. We hope this context is helpful as you evaluate your overall portfolio.
