Great management team. Super responsive, cordial, sharp and trying to diversify their portfolio beyond single-family rentals (SFRs). Intuitive platform with a great mobile UI/UX and the secondary market is a game-changer.

Good communication. I wanted to diversify into real estate via crowdfunding. Arrived had the best vehicle for me to begin. Company is transparent and do what they say they are going to do. The platform offers different options for investment. Only request is for business to include option for multifamily and commercial real estate opportunities.
