They invest in real estate, and also offer real estate loans. The investment choices are individual homes, a single-family-home fund, and a credit fund. Dividends are paid monthly at varying rates (my experiences are around 3 1/2% for the single family fund, around 5 1/2 % for the one individual home I've invested in, and around 8 1/4% for the private credit fund).

I really like having easy access to different investment options at low fee costs. Arrived.com allows me to invest in real estate markets at price points that I choose. I would recommend this platform for alternative investments in real estate for the "average" person.
