The buy process is easy, there is great communication flow (about new property, things happening at arrived, etc.), and there's always a webinar to education owners on various topics. I also like that the Arrived staff is very responsive.

After two years of frustration dealing with log in issues I posted a negative review. I was called by Korin Hedlund with Arrived who explained the issues and then assisted me with resolving the long standing problem. I have been investing on Arrived for a few years now and highly recommend their real estate platform. They listen to customer feedback and have designed an outstanding platform for small scale real estate investing. They also did an outstanding job providing liquidity with the secondary market in case there are certain investments you would like to get out of.
