This supplement has changed my life. I struggled with IBS and acid reflux for most of my life. After switching insurance companies my medication was not affordable. I started to do some research to see if there were any alternatives. Arrae has allowed me to come off of all prescription medication for my IBS and reflux. I also am able to enjoy dairy products without lactaid for the first time in 8 years.

Great for bloating, either from overindulging or just to help move things along. Noticed a big difference in the morning if taking it at night after dinner.
