6+ months using MB1, had bariatric surgery over a year ago and recently my cravings have been coming back. MB1 has helped curb my appetite and also helped with keeping me regular 😅 so far I’m impressed. Also I’m in Canada and get emails about shipping and updates through UPS!

I have only tried the Arrae Bloat product, it does work after the first dose my midsection measurably shrunk 2 inches. I dropped one star because the delivery takes forever and I am still waiting on part of the order.

Easy to understand and fast delivery. However, the suggested amount to take is not enough (in my case, I have to take more for it to work) and so It can get a little expensive.

It mostly works. Sometimes when I take it, it doesn’t help at all. Other times it does.
