I've been taking Arrae MB-1 45+ for two weeks now, and I feel like a completely different person. Actually, no: I feel like the woman I was in my early to mid 30s (so almost 20 years ago), long before perimenopause wreaked havoc on my life. Within just a few days of taking this supplement, the hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings, itching skin, and brain fog simply disappeared. After two weeks, my clothes are hanging more loosely on me, I'm not bloated or retaining water anymore, and I'm full of energy instead of being lethargic, depressed, confused, and damn near lifeless a lot of the time. This supplement has given me my life back.

Ive been using this product for about 3 weeks now and WOOOOOW! I get full, FAST! Effective appetite suppressant! This is definitely helping me shed postpartum weight and I could NOT be any happier!!!!

First off, I’m impressed with the branding and quality of packaging. I know that’s not overly important, but it’s very nice. I received my order within 5 days, and it was ordered on the Saturday of a long weekend, so really it’s only been 2 business days. I was skeptical because several reviews stated that it took forever, but maybe being in Canada helped as it’s not overseas. I purchased the three month subscription for the Tribiotic, and received all three months supply plus a mini Bloat as well as samples of Sleep, Heartburn, Calm and Bloat. I can’t speak for the product itself, as I’ve only taken one Tribiotic capsule so far, but it had no taste or aftertaste whatsoever. I told myself I’d give it the full three months for results… stay tuned, I’ll write another review!

I placed an order after seeing an advertisement on instagram. I got hit with the charges from parcel force to say it was in customs and wouldn’t deliver without paying £48! I contacted Arrae who have shown excellent customer service. I explained as my order was quite expensive I didn’t wish to pay another £48 on top and they advised I can return to sender. After speaking to parcel force & proving my return there were no questions and items were refunded immediately. Just be careful if you are overseas you might be hit with the charges. It’s not that clear on the website which hopefully they will update. I’m gutted I didn’t get to try the products but I can’t fault their customer service at all.

Read Trustpilot before I ordered the Heartburn product and was nearly dissuaded. I ordered and said to myself I would come back here and leave my review. I was on Omeprazol and was worried about the long-term effects so wanted to try something new, ideally more natural. Heartburn was giving me terrible chest pain that wasn’t always fixed by the dr prescribed meds. Within a week of taking Heartburn I was feeling way better. I now don’t take daily, but I will take before foods like Indian, lots of coffee or alcohol. I also take if I feel a little pain or discomfort. Honestly I am so happy with this product.

Product did not suit me, but service was excellent.
