Product did not suit me, but service was excellent.

The product DOES NOT WORK; and the customer service is horrendous. I gave the supplement three months to kick in and nothing. I cancelled my subscription, and then received an additional order post cancellation. I requested that the company take back the sealed order delivered post cancellation, and only refund me that single order and they were incredibly rude and refused. I wish I wouldn't have given them a try at all, or at least not as long as I did. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I bought the bloat pills after seeing the amazing reviews and got very hopeful but they have done absolutely nothing for me. Wanted to share to level out the reviews so people can make smart buying decisions. Maybe they will work for you but also they may not!

OMG yes. Love the ethos love the products! Amazing. Wish I’d thought of it first!! Happy to order from Canada and it’s not crazy expensive. Thanks Arrae

After waiting 3 weeks for my sleep Arrae capsules to arrive, I was bitterly disappointed. I was convinced by a close friend that these would work as her sister-in-law swore by them. I experienced next to no sleep when I took 2 of these “miraculous” capsules. I have asked for my money back, I’m waiting for a responsible reply. I have had a good response from Sam & she tried to help me with tips for sleeping which I already knew but I was thankful. She said she would help me with a refund. I tried 3 capsules last night but unfortunately with the same result.

It was not consistent

I ordered Heartburn 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. I will never order it again. When they took my order they should have notified me of any delays and given me the chance to cancel. Whether it works or not is now irrelevant as their customer service is woeful.

Brilliant company, even though the item I bought did not suit me they honoured the refund quick and without fuss didn’t Are me send anything back, A lot of companies promise but don’t deliver so thanks 😊
