Website is easy to navigate and products are well described. How-to videos clearly show how to figure out and resolve issues and clear up questions. They sell a number of 'refurbished' parts at excellent markdowns. I bought a 'refurbished' bottle and couldn't find anything wrong, no scratches, nothing. Could it be they cleaned a bottle a customer couldn't clean and returned under warranty?

I had a problem with the diffuser base and plug that would not work. I called and they shipped out a new one that day. A return label was supplied to ship the non-working one back at no charge to me. I will definitely do business with ArOmis again.

Received my replacement motor very promptly and was able to install it easily with the video guide. The motor is great and my diffuser works well again.
