The essential oils are fresh, organic, and reasonably priced. Shipping time is also great. I had to be convinced to use the nebulizer and essential oils initially, but what pushed me over were the oils. They smelled so pure and inviting. I am now a repeat customer.

Fast delivery. The replacement bottle came packaged in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box.

I broke the outlet plug, I reached out for a replacement. Customer service quickly responded and the purchase was seamless. I’ve had the diffuser for several months, I have really enjoyed and highly recommend the diffuser.

What is there not to love? The wooden base is beautiful and so is the glass. It's a no- nonsense diffuser and small enough to put anywhere. It is also very quiet, I can't even hear if it's on sometimes, great for relaxing and an absolute must for sleeping. No leds is great for people who sleep in total darkness. If you're going to get something for your self-care routine, this is a great addition or a perfect place to start.
