Seriously wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I have experienced every situation others have posted. Ordered subscription in November. Never received the product until end of December and it was the wrong scent. Tried to cancel subscription and then received 6 bottles of the same scent that I said I didn’t like and was getting charged from their “finance” company plus interest!! Do not take the bait, they are scammers!!!! All I want is to send all their stuff back to them and forget this headache!!

I bought some scents from these folks and they never arrived. Emailed many times. Eventually finally got them after like 6 months. Then the machine broke after about 9 months of use. I'd look elsewhere.

!! BUYER BWARE !! Aroma360 is using predatory business practices where clients sign agreements without knowing the clear terms and conditions. I started the process of trying to order the desired scent of my choosing on December 1 2022, I was unable to get any response from Aroam360 in any form to order the desired scent of my choosing. I still have not received any form of communication stating the clear and detailed process of ordering the desired scents 45 days after I started the process of trying to select and view my account of what is currently selected and what will be sent so I can choose and not be forced to get what Aroma360 tells me what I am getting. This is a Predatory Business Practice of forcing clients to accept items they do not want! Appears this is a way for Aroma360 to get rid of overstock items or items they can't sell and force clients to accept the items. !! BUYER BWARE !!

Absolutely has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I was told I can try the unit for two weeks and if I do not like it I get to return it. after placing the order the company does not return emails and has no phone number listed, an absolute ghost company. this company is a scam please do not buy from them

Complete rip off with no customer service. $55 shipping per order! Insane and of course they won't respond to any communication

Scam,they lure you in with a " sale " price on a fragrance. Next thing you know,they sign you up for auto ship monthly. Next to impossible to get a hold of them, when you do they contend the sale price was for subscription only and won't let you cancel. Great fragrances, but total scam. We ordered a small bottle of fragrance last year and didn't have an issue.

I bought (3) of the Hourglass diffusers around (7) months ago and they put out almost no smell. Then one of them fell over and leaked on my wood dresser. The oil damaged my wood dresser and destroyed the paint. I have black all over my hands that I still can't get off from cleaning up. If I knew they could do this much damaged without smell I would have never bought them.

I placed order since Dec 06, but I have not receive info if my order is shipped or processed. I contacted the customer service but they keep telling me stories, something seems fishy about the company Aroma360.
