Aroma360Reviews of aroma360.com

Why do you need to sign a contract and why do you need to have WiFi to bring scent into your home? Did you ever think about a candle or incense. Such a turn off. Thank God I looked into this scam before purchased!!!!

Spoke to Simon almost 4 weeks ago, he told me there was a buy one get one free promotion I just have to buy one bottle of oil every 30 days, and I would only pay 1/2 price for the machine I was paying for (Museum & VanGough). Simon said I would recieve my machines and 8 samples of oil within about 7 days. Recieved an open box with one machine, no oils. Tried calling Simon back on his cell number he gave me and never able to get him even after msgs and texts. Tried cust service and they scheduled a call back to me 3 days later, never got a call from them. Ordered oil myself to try on my one machine since i didn’t get any samples and I received the wrong oil scent. After reading these reviews I think i’m just going to send back the one machine I did get, and the oil I bought. Sad that a company can do this to so many people and get away with it.

I purchased a mini360 Lt, at first I thought the fragrance was weak as you could not smell it from the unit but, but, found that it is the pipet( the tube that connects to the unit to draw in the fragrance liquid )will not stay attached to the unit as when it turns on,it vibrates and the pipes instantly disconnects and just sits in the bottom of the fragrance bottle,it will continueto run for absolutelyno reason, I have had the unit for months and my 1st bottle of fragrance is still completely full because the pipet instantly falls off when you put it back together, I have reached out to customer service. Now I have to take pictures to submit and make an appointment to speak with one of their specialists? If I had that kind of time, I would be home to light candles ( at least I know those work) disgusted with the unit and the customer service .save your money.....

I feel so stupid by not researching this company. They called me while I was busy and talked me into a 36 month contract which I would receive my Diffuser for free and I would pay 129.95 per month for discounted 500 ml scent bottles. After doing some research I found that I could buy the scent cheaper and still save money if I bought the Diffuser myself. I contacted the company but no one would anser the phone or call me back. I finally contacted Uportal360 and complained and they removed my account and removed my credit card. Buyers beware don't buy this product it is a total scam. The US government needs to step in and shut this company down.

Horrible customer service! No existing…..Do Not Buy!!!!!

First of all, their customer service is terrible. You cannot not get ahold of anybody even when you schedule a call back. I have a Vangogh and a mini. The Vangogh is hard to figure out and keeps disconnecting from wifi. As for the mini, in less than a year it started to make a loud hum, I was sent a new one that started making the same noise again. I am getting it replaced, however the representative advised me that it will be the last time they replace it. How is their product breaking my fault? I will never buy or recommend it to anyone

So so so happy I came here and the BBB before hitting the order button thank you all so very much… I will not be ordering after all
