Awful company..was duped into getting the membership subscription and you CANNOT cancel. Even if you stop the monthly scent, the company still blls you. There is no way out. You are literally held HOSTAGE. DO NOT GET THE SUBSCRIPTION!!!!! I just want to cancel my subscription and I have more scents then I’ll ever need at this point. However, YOU CANT cancel!!!! It’s a nightmare. You waste hours looking for how to cancel and then chat to cancel and after long explanations and requesting the chat not goes MIA. Don’t waste your time! I’m calling my bank to have this canceled on their end so I don’t get hit with auto payments to them

This is an overrated, way too expensive piece of junk. I can’t get any smell out of it and yes, I have it set up right. Can’t even return it because of their strict return policy. Shame on me!

Poor customer service. I been paying for the wrong scent for months! I was supposed to get return labels that I never received and also the correct smell I wanted but no-one followed up with me completely to ship me the correct smell. Contacting someone is extremely difficult. Im very shocked the Damon John has his name connected to this Wow

Everything that has been said about this company is true. They give you the run around on everything. Please spend your money elsewhere. I purchased over $1000 worth of items that I never received and they are refusing to give me a refund. I even purchased the shipping protection. I am disputing with my bank and posting to the BBB as well. THIS COMPANY SUCKS

Customer service is terrible. always getting the run around about giving your complaints online but leaves you no where to complain or you are told to call and there is messages to go back and try and figure it out online. I am soo fustrated and keep receing this product montly for the past 3 months and am charged to my banking account. I want to stop these regular shipments but they make it so difficult to do so.

Their customer service is horrible. I had issues with my purchases and I could never get anyone to answer me. Wasted 200$. Dont buy from them .

BUYER BEWARE!!! Mine did not last through 30 days of intermittent use. Started making a buzzing sound. I had it for more than 30 days so Customer Service was useless. Very expensive fragrances. ZERO useful help.

Horrible experience. Like many others providing feedback here, I bought into the polish and marketing of the brand plus I love fragrance. However, I'm yet to see the product and I have been stung with a customs charge that equates to more than 50% extra on what I paid for the item itself. Their customer experience team only added to the frustration - classic point you to a set of slippery terms and conditions and take no accountability. They don't care.
