Customer service sucks. Aroma 360 is a fraud. The only thing they are good at is take your money,sell you products but when you have concerns, issues they are nowhere to be found. They will keep putting you on hold, tell you someone will call you back but they never do. I will never recommend Aroma 360 to anyone. This is a disgrace.

I've never gone into an Aroma360 store, visited their website, or provided them with my cell phone #, yet, I'm getting SPAM TEXTS twice a day! They are obviously desperate for customers. Texts coming from 786-652-27** or 28** - **last two digits are different each time. I will be reporting this to the FCC, Better Business Bureau and Comsumer Affairs. I would never shop with such a disreputable company! If you're getting SPAM from this company, please report them so we can cause them to be fined accordingly.

Beware!! This product is a $300 piece of junk. For the price I was expecting a quality product made from aluminum or other metal. Instead, I received a flimsy plastic cheap looking device. It stopped working after maybe 3 weeks. Their customer service is VERY understanding as they immediately try to upsell you a better device and a monthly contract for their scents. Before I even said a word, I was given a $1000+ quote that would resolve my problem. I now waiting for a replacement, but not expecting anything better.

I purchased a mini 360 and a scent in May. Now, it is September and my unit started making a HORRIBLE noise. I clean my unit once a month as suggested and it still makes the noise. Contacted the company, and I was outside the 90 day window and they said I was being given the opportunity to purchase the latest and newest launch for $150.00. Are you kidding me? I subscribed to a subscription and pay for the scents each month and I have to buy a new unit because you know there is a problem with the one you launched previously. Lots of complaints like mine. All you have to do is google it. Horrible customer service.

I tried to return the box of "Luxury scents" I ordered. I only like one out of 5. They wouldn't allow a return or refund or a replacement . NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

Buyer beware!!! My aroma 360 mini stopped working after 94 days and company wouldn't replace because it fell outside the 90 day warranty...really!!! $250 piece of junk!!! Horrible company!!!

Scam I ordered one unit had issues on first use. Then went to upgrade and was offered a subscription oil package which refunded the cost of the new unit I agreed still have not received unit called the vip number given to me and it went right to a Verizon wireless number not in service message tried calling support. Tried emailing support i apparently have 30 days to cancel but 0 response from company
