this maybe the most annoying company in existence. it’s like a pyramid scheme meets shamwow…I have “scent consultants” regularly calling me and text and email offers that make walmart black friday look like a lazy day in the park. I have put up with all that until my diffuser which is 8 months old started making a horrible noise. I sent an email to support which bounced because the inbox was full. In all my life I never thought I would see a mailbox full message from a business. I don’t even know how that’s possible given mailbox limits unless there are many, many people in need of support and a company that cares so little they do not process or delete the requests.

This was one of those purchases I regret. I bought the hourglass diffuser with two bottles of different scents. Simply put, it doesn't work. I can be setting directly next to the diffuser and not pick up any scent what-so-ever. None. I contacted customer service and they responded by telling me that within 48 hours I would hear back from their service person. Fine. A week later nothing. I waited yet another week, but still nothing. I contacted them again thinking something got lost. I received the same message again. They told me that someone would be in touch with me within 48 hours. Again, after another two weeks nothing. I went to my FB page and wrote a comment about the fact that the diffuser didn't work at all AND that the service seemed to be non-existent. I received a message almost immediately from Aroma 360. They were very sorry to hear my comment and told me someone would be in touch in 48 hours. Right. Nothing. But this time I wasn't surprised. The bottom line is that the product doesn't work and the service is frankly non-existent. Once they have your money that's the end of it. So learn from my experience folks.

Terrible customer service. Only able to contact thru email and every time I reply get an automated message that the mail box is full. My unit stopped working after 120 days. They sent me an email saying that they would exchange it. They then sent me in an invoice that says pay this amount $25. However when I open the Inuit says pay $149. There is no way to change payment amount to the $25. Total waste of money and I’m tired of dealing with customer service in some foreign country.

Aroma 360 Customer Service. It sucks the reason why I’m saying that I have a refund this is over a month and a half until right now I don’t get my refund.

Bought 2 units and loved them at first. Unfortunately one started making a horrible noise and stopped scenting. Wrote in to let them know and was given instructions to book an appointment online to fix. Had to cancel and reschedule but no one called. Tried to get a refund or replacement and was told about there 90 day warranty but I could buy a new one for a discount. Kind of a joke as they seem to think a faulty product is an option. Even after I refused the offer, I got about 4-5 more emails saying in case I change my mind. The fact that they don’t stand behind there products should be a warning to anyone thinking about buying this. Now my second unit is starting to make the same noise and not releasing much scent. Don’t buy this product as they obviously know it won’t last after the 90 day warranty. Complete rip off as there not an inexpensive item. Overall, horrendous customer service and faulty product. Stay away from this company as they just want your cash and don’t give a damn if it works

The company customer service is horrible and they can't fix the many problems that come with this stupid purchase. I burn candles all the time and thought that this would be a great alternative and keep a constant nice smell in the house that anyone walking in would notice. But unfortunately, this company is a huge fraud. I purchased the mini unit for 199 ( when they came out) and got on the monthly subscription plan for oils. Within a couple of months, the unit started making a huge noise. Called and cust service dragged it on and then eventually sent me a replacement unit. The next unit, still within six months of purchase, wouldn't work as well. Just wouldn't pull the oil and emit a scent. Called and got the same 15 phone calls from the previous cust serv experience. I personally think that they are so overwhelmed with products not working that they keep drawing everything out until the warranty is out. Be warned, the warranty is only90 days.

Was going to order a defused set but decided not to when charged an additional $4.95 “safe ship protection fee” additional to the regular shipping fee. I signed up to get a “first time shopper” discount. No matter what I tried, the discount code was not sent to me. It is a marketing scam. Pay full price and additional shopping.
