Aroma 360 and hotel collection is owned by the same people so don’t let that fool you. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!! Their studio diffuser has a 3 month warranty. When I called they said it was likely being overused for the space. I have it on their settings that they created on their remote! Regardless, their product leaks and they did not take accountability.

terrible customer service. after i placed the order i did not receive any order confirmation or shipping status like most companies provide. My order was placed on Nov 24 and my credit card was billed that day. as of Dec 8 i had not received the order or any notification of when it would ship. the website does not show any telephone number for customer service. the only way to contact them is using the chat option. when i did the chat rep responded that they would get back to me with an answer to my question by 24 hours. when i complained that this was unusual for it to take 24 hours to respond, the CS responded with a annoyed snippy comment: "I said we would respond within 24 hrs". The order shipped on Dec 11. but there were no instructions on how to open the unit. the YouTube video showed a different version of the DaVinc360 than the one i was shipped. the instructions did not show how to open the unit. a label on the back of the unit said "hold magnetic card here to open". the magnetic card didn't work. There is no indication of how to open the unit to fill the oil. unbelievable! how does a company miss such a basic thing?! how hard is it to show a simple diagram or black & white photo. i completed a return form and placed a stop payment / dispute with my credit card company. this company should be reported to consumer affairs

Any class action suits to join? Aroma is a scam.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company… What a bait and switch! The first sense bottle I received actually had a flavor you could smell… Since the first one it has basically been watered down to the point that you can’t smell anything when you open the cats to put it into the unit. It is noisy and rattles and with a waste of $165. Wish me luck trying to cancel my subscription

Please save your $$$. Unit never worked, called customer service, and it was chatting only. After an hour, they told me I needed to speak with technical support and sent me a link. The first appointment was over a week away. I cannot believe that Damon would put his name on a product like that.

I reached out on November 7th as my diffuser stopped working. The second diffuser, since my original stopped working. I was forced into an upgrade that I did not want. I was lied to and told they no longer make the model I have, or could replace it since they no longer have it. Odd since they are STILL selling that model. It is not December 9th and I was just told my ticket is closed because they’ll refund me now that they have their diffuser back but they’re taking 20% as a restock fee. You forced me to upgrade, on a lie, the diffuser you sent as an upgrade stopped working almost immediately. Taking a month to get a resolution is absurd. Taking money away because you’re incapable or making a function product is horrible practice. I’ve NEVER had to follow up with an agent as much as I had to with this company. Avoid at all costs!! There are better scenting companies out there than this one!

BEWARE ! Horrible Customer service Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. They have messed up every shipment! the company blamed me for being in the wrong time zone when they made service call. I can't believe Shark tank is involved with this company or Daymond its a nightmare I recommend avoiding. I am reporting to Attorney General and may look into class action law suit

Wish I could say that I even received the items I ordered! I placed an order 3-4 weeks ago and was told 7-10 day shipping. After not receiving, I called and was told they'd send an inquiry to shipping and Id hear back in 24-48 hours. Today I received a message that the they received the order and all of the items in my order (wireless pro & pro pod, several fragrance pods and a smart car diffuser) are on back order, with no expectation of when they'd get product. Okay, I get it....backorder is fine....HOWEVER, I continue to receive marketing material, selling the exact same items with ZERO info about being out of stock. I see them marketing all over facebook and instagram as well....even went to their website and nothing noted about being out of stock! Why would a company continue to see a product they cant even deliver to customers? This all seemed suspect to me so I attempted to reply to the email support@...... that I want my order canceled and a full refund.....it bounced back, stating the email box was full and couldnt be delivered. Okay, I attempted to send the email to [email protected] bounce back. Im not convinced now that this whole company is a scam!!
