I dont even have to buy this to see exactly what it is. It's a money grab for marketing materials! They have fake reviews on their site with the same, obviously written by someone in marketing, reviews under different names!!! No company has 100% 5 stars with hundreds of reviews and this isn't even a good fake effort! I won't buy this product if it came for free, there would be a catch!

The diffuser broke after 5 months so I cancelled my subscription they just continue to charge my card even after assuring me the subscription was cancelled. They sent me 1 ( one) label to return they told me the label had expired. DO NOT BUY

Horrible customer service. They are girighn and you can’t understand them. Ever two minutes after a question she had to me on hold to get the answers. It only worked after the initial setup. After i put the first refill in both my units never started working again. Such a waste of tim and money.

The Aroma360 Mini SL stopped working within the first 90 days. I have submitted multiple customer tickets. I have received and responded to multiple emails from the company. They tried to sell me more fragrance oil even though the unit does not work. They asked me to send an additional $99 for another unit. Technical support called me 50 minutes past the scheduled time only after I filled out a ticket saying they didn't call. He said there is nothing they can do to help. He said they will not issue a refund. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Buyer beware.

Their website doesn’t allow me to order refills, customer service is nonexistent, in fact, most of the time I get a reply email saying that their mailbox is full. An expensive waste of money that I will probably never be able to recuperate because this company is horrible! My

Horrible company. The unit only worked for a short time. I bought two fragrances and after briefly using the unit it will not produce fragrance any longer. Support is horrible...no phone number to call, only email and no chat. I am stuck with a unit that runs...but no fragrance comes out! BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered several products, with the last one beginning of November. All charges went through. On December15, I was charged $71.65 which I could not understand. I emailed inquiring what the charge was for. They replied that they had no order on their end. I sent them a screen shot which showed I was charged and it was by Aroma 360. They said they don’t know anything about it, could not refund the money as they don’t have an order. This went back and forth for 3 days with several different people on the email. No one could do anything about it. I called my bank and issued a fraud. I will never do business with these people again, they are shady.
