The original scent diffuser I purchased many years ago was fantastic. But it broke down eventually. The next one I purchased on sale was a wireless unit. I could never figure out how to get it connected so that I could adjust it. It automatically ran on the lowest volume. Which didn’t scent my room. The third unit started to vibrate about three months after I got it and then it stopped diffusing about three months after that these units cost nearly $300. What a waste. Customer service was no help, they ran me in circles. And then said we can’t take anything back after 90 days. They could’ve said that in the first place.

Buyer Beware. Their oil diffusers break down even before you take them out of the box. Cheap quality. They market themselves as a "luxury brand" but it's just a facade. When your spending what they charge you expect luxury level service and support. You'll find they don't come close to this. Customer Service is practically Non-existent. You can't call and get anyone on the phone. The fragrances are not pure essential oils as they advertise. Once you do buy a product from them you are guaranteed to receive an endless stream of high pressure telemarketing calls from them trying to convince you to join their subscription plan for OILS!? The catch is they want to run your credit and you to FINANCE thousands of dollars which negatively impacts your CREDIT SCORE. Their sales tactics border on illegal. Where to start I ordered 27 Nov 23 after amazing marketing and excited to receive my remote diffusers and signed up . Then nothing, then following tracking as nothing arrived. Now the 30th December and I have no idea where my products are despite around 50 emails to CS which many spout the same blurb but all unhelpful and mostly generic of which I suspect are AI generated then when I think a person answers they clearly come back to the start it's on the way . So now after trying to follow tracking with DHL has been a challenge but as tracking numbers not recognised a helpful DHL lady advised that I'll have to wait till Tuesday but thinks that the parcel is held awaiting payments of import tax , this was then sent to me by aroma who I didn't even know was based in America , they kindly sent the T and C afterwards with no original statement of this. Also, they auto signed me up for a subscription and took further money from me, minus any parcel and communication. Stay well clear. #nowords #misleadingcompany #scam

Horrible company to try and deal with! Would not recommend this company at all! Very expensive and I got the wrong oil costing$ duty and they don’t care. And to send back I pay postage and duty and 20% restocking! Never will purchase again from there

I was looking at buying this for my home and filled out the info on the site and within 2 minutes started getting phone calls from these people! As well as text messages! I had to block them. I wouldn’t buy from them now if they said they would give it to me. I’ll buy when I’m ready I don’t need to be harassed!

In my opinion, company is so dishonest. Do not buy from them. I ordered online and they immediately called saying they were gonn cancel that order and move me to a whole house diffuser. After much explanation, I finally got them to fulfill my original order. In spite, they held the order for a couple weeks and did not ship it and it never made it for Christmas, even though I ordered it at least 3 weeks prior. They literally harassed me to death to change my order. Save yourself this. Steer clear of this scam.

I would leave zero stars, if possible. This company is a total sham. BAD and inconsistent Customer Service. They totally disappeared when I mentioned that I couldn’t find a scent that I like. VERY weird experience all together. It took me nine weeks to get closure on my account. A waste of time all together and I had very good intentions on making this diffuser & scent work.

Terrible! Diffuser broke within two months and six month after I’m still trying to get a replacement or a refund. Worse customer services ever.
