This is a terrible company. I have had allergic reactions to oils since last year and all I talk to are not speaking English and I personalize supervisors when you ask for one. If you push they disconnect. I have had tickets open since last year and no one is addressing. It is ridiculous. I was told most recently that to address issues I have to renew contract. Ridiculous. Save your money!

Bait and Switch
I originally signed up for a subscription and my credit card was instantly charged $213.00. Ten minutes later I get a phone call from a concierge for the company who convinced me to sign up for the VIP subscription. She explained that the Davinci machine would work better because it’s programmed and you don’t have to do anything but plug it in and add oil when it’s needed. In addition I order a black mini for my bathroom. The concierge promised to cancel my original order and that I would get a full refund of the $213.00. Well that’s where the trouble started. The first order was sent anyway along with the VIP order which I was again immediately charged $199.00 for AND am on a 3 year no interest loan for the three “200ML” quarterly oils. When I contacted the concierge she apologized and said she would have a return label sent to me for the first order that was suppose to be cancelled. In addition the 2nd order was missing the black mini that I was already charged for. The concierge stated they were on back order. When I told her one was sent in the first order she told me to take it and she would like them know so that I would receive my full refund. She also claimed that she cancelled the black mini that was missing from my second order. Well again that didn’t happen and several things happened. 1. I had to contact the company to see where my refund was for the first order that fedex showed was received 7 days prior. 2. I wanted to get another return label sent for the second black mini that was received. The only thing I got was a $87.00 refund! I reached out to the customer service to question the $126.00 short fall explaining everything and again requesting a return label. NOTHING HAPPENED! No reply to my email. I contacted the concierge who apologized and promised she would have a return label sent. That was 6 days ago! I contacted customer service again to follow up on the return label and my additional $126.00 refund. Now I’m told that the refund I received was all they were going to give me because I no longer have any subscriptions with them. They told me I need to contact the concierge customer service for the return label and any refund! This company is a bait and switch in my opinion. The oil smells great BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SIDE IS HORRIBLE! If you opt to purchase from them and then immediately get a call from a concierge persuading you to go with the VIP Hotel collection hold off until you get your first order and then have them send you a return label before signing up for the VIP collection. In addition, don’t take anything out based on what the concierge tells you. I will be charged $149.00 in two days for my VIP subscription, and I still have not received my missing $126.00!

Great marketing, terrible customer support
The marketing is great. You subscribe, and they immediately call you to encourage you to add more products because apparently what you ordered is “not enough.” They ask about your preferences, your taste, what scents you like, and make the whole experience feel very personalized and premium.
Unfortunately, that level of attention completely disappears when you actually need support.
My devices never arrived. The shipment appears as delivered, so I understand this may not even be Aroma360’s fault. I contacted support and was told to file a police report and reply to an email they would send me with the report attached. That email never arrived.
I contacted them again. No response.
At that point, I simply gave up. I cancelled my subscription and decided to pay whatever I had to pay for the devices I never received. I honestly didn’t care anymore — dealing with their support was more frustrating than accepting the loss.
I don’t understand why a brand would invest so heavily in marketing and sales while providing such deficient, unresponsive and ineffective after-sales support. If you want to position yourself as a premium brand, the customer experience after the sale needs to be premium too.
The scents may smell as great as advertised, but for me, they’re simply not worth dealing with this level of customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend Aroma360. Great marketing and scents cannot compensate for terrible support.

I unfortunately signed up to an…
I unfortunately signed up to an agreement with them. Every month has gone by and it doesn’t turn up or it’s late or it doesn’t even get to me. I’m now three months waiting so I’ve cancelled my credit card. They haven’t even responded. They keep sending me automated emails I said that I’m canceling the subscription because they are absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. I’ve emailed them to say that you are in breach I haven’t received anything for over three months, just waiting to see what happens. I wish I’d read some of these reviews before I started buying their stuff because it’s absolutely the worst. Don’t ever buy anything or subscribe anything to this company. They have continued to take over 200 pounds per month so I’ve had to cancel my credit card because I’ve had nothing sent to me
I placed an $85 order with a 6-month scent subscription. Before processing it, their sales rep called and upsold me to a bigger diffuser with 4x the scent volume for an extra $30/month, and took my card details over the phone. I was told this upgrade included a "VIP concierge" with dedicated support.
Instead of the agreed charge, I was billed $119 and enrolled in a 24-month plan run through a third-party financing/loan company — something I don't recall clearly consenting to. I was told there was a 30-day trial with 5 sample scents included. I only ever received 2.
When I tried to reach the "VIP concierge" line to sort this out, I waited 45 minutes on hold — three separate times. When I finally got through, the rep kept me on the phone for 2 hours, refusing to process a cancellation and instead pushing me to swap diffusers. Only at the end of that call did he admit the $119 I'd already paid was non-refundable, and that the "help" he was offering was really just trying to keep me locked into the subscription.
Between the upsell during order processing, the mismatch between what I was quoted and what I was charged, the loan-program enrollment, the missing samples, and a support line designed to wear you down rather than help you, this felt less like a subscription service and more like a bait-and-switch. I'd urge anyone considering Aroma360 to read the fine print carefully before giving them your card, and to be prepared for a fight if you want out.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! Bought a wireless pro diffuser and scent. The first issue is the website allows you to buy a scent bottle that won't fit your diffuser. Despite this I was able to find the correct scent bottle online through Amazon. One week of working and the unit has failed. Customer service is non existent. They will respond immediately and then you'll hear nothing back. Even sent them a video of the issue at their request - that was over a week ago - nothing! Honestly, don't bother - there are other companies out there more responsive and better value.
