I purchased two Diffusers that stopped working with 3 months. I kept receiving the Refils which I paid for - Total $1095.00 for about a year. I want to cancel my contract (3 yrs) so I asked for a cancellation which was denied (very rudely). I even offer to return both Diffuser along with all the Refills that were never used but their customer service personnel are extremely rude and non cooperative.

my machines only worked temporarily. Now, they both have stopped working and I spent over $1500. so frustrating

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. My product stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, they did not attempt to help me fix or replace anything, instead offered me a “deal” on a new product.

They are too expensive to break down as quick as they do. Not at all a fan. Mine lasted a little over a year. Got a cheapo version on Amazon that works just as well.

Their customer service is amazing and the oils are awesome but the wireless pro is junk. I’m on my 3rd unit and it just stopped working, the other 2 leaked oil all over the base

The whole company is a fraud. They set you up with a third party loan. Then the loan is for $4,000 dollars. You cannot get out the contractual loan unless you call within the 30 days of receiving. You have to verbally tell them on the recorded call that you want to cancel the product. You also have to tell them that you want to return the equipment. Ensure you sent it in the first 20 days and keep a copy of the shipment. I don’t want anyone else to be hoodwinked out of expensive trap. Additionally, the machine is very complicated to set up as well. Lastly, I sent a note to the BBB. Hopefully, enough people will complain to get a class action lawsuit. I informed them that I was a Veteran on a fixed income. They didn’t care. I also, called to tell them it was too much. They just methodically geared me to downgrade to a lower device still not alerting me that it would be contractual. I want to ask that everyone will get the word out on social media and to their family and friends. With that I humbly thank you for reading my horrible experience. Hope this is beneficial to others who were considering.

Loved it at first. Then stopped working. Made me jump through different hoops including sending a video of it not working and going through trouble shooting. After this, they sent me a charger (which I know is not the issue), but I agreed to try it. Then they sent the wrong charger it doesn’t even fit! Now they want me to go back from square one and send more photos! For how expensive these things are this is ridiculous! I understand people lie to probably get another item- but I would be happy to send this one back before getting a replacement! This is just absolutely insane!

If I could select a "0" I would. Please do not order from this company. Their products are very expensive and are defectively made. I purchase 3 mini aroma 360 within 3 months of each other. Two out of the three starting making a buzzing humming noise. One of the two had only been used 3 times before it starting making the noise. I followed the instructions as to what to do if the noise appears and it didn't correct the issue. I contacted customer service for them to send a replacement for the 2 units at no charge. Of course, they stated the mini 360 is no longer available but could offer the wireless pro and would have to purchase at least a 3 month subscription for the oil for each unit. This is unacceptable as I don't want to invest another penny into this company. Since it's unacceptable, I requested a refund for the two units. Of course that was denied and kept referencing the 3 month warranty period. I feel they know their product is faulty thus the 3 month warranty period. Again, these units and oil are not cheap. Again, please think twice before purchasing anything from this company.
