COMPLETE SCAM ! I signed up for the free wireless diffuser with the three month subscription was great for the 2 weeks that it worked ! Now I have to wait for a label to send back the product that is new and won’t turn on , then wait for the process of repair and for it to be sent back . ITS A BRAND NEW PRODUCT there’s no option to just receive a new one and they can keep the non functioning one .

I originally purchased their wireless pro with the Escapade essential oil, but was then contacted by a luxury scent consultant through Aroma 360 named Gabriel Jaramillo about their VIP membership. It sounded like a great deal to upgrade to their Van Gogh model and have a monthly oil subscription, so I agreed to the VIP membership and I wanted to pay in full to avoid interest. They charged my credit card but then charged me a second time through my bank. I have tried to contact Gabriel and the Aroma 360 team to resolve this issue, but have had minimal communication. The issue still needs to be resolved and I have spoken with my bank and credit card company to discuss my options. I was able to “stop pay” the charges to my bank for the first VIP charge and original purchase, but the credit card amount still needs to be resolved.

I purchased the 10 sampler set. What they sent is not even oil. It is water with a scent in it. U have to spray the scent on a piece of cardboard. U could not spray oil. It cost $23.00 and it is not worth $5.00. Please do not buy this product. U will be disappointed.

It is a bad product I bought vangogh360 and I can't control it just because they offer also an app to control it . I had been waiting for them to fix the app 7 months and still not working soo sad. I call today Friday April 5 /2024

This company is terrible. They will coerce you into buying things, with all the promises in the world, but the second you have an issue they will leave you high and dry. Once they have your money, their customer service is terrible. I filed a complaint through the BBB and, rather than response, this Company just ceased all communications and left the issue unresolved.

I purchased the Aroma 360 in July 2023. The diffuser did not work great initially but began to work ok. Fast forward it's completely broken now. I called customer service and they informed me that they do not offer repair and my warrenty had expired. I was given a 90 day warranty. Well they only could offer me another machine for 100.00 bucks . Don't bother to make this purchase with this company they are full of it and overpriced.

Have had the wireless pro for less than 1 month, the unit now turns off by itself for no reason, contacted customer service the lady was extremely rude and kept cutting me off and thinking she was correct until she realized the unit was actually messed up. Now I have to print and package my return to send them the unit back for them to try and fix it .. if not replace it .. who the hell knows when I’ll get this thing back and my fragrance order has been lost for 8+ days now with no response from them

Total Crap!!! I bought one and lasted a month. After weeks of e mails they took it back and replaced it. 30 days later and it stopped working. Thinking China junk!!!
