I ordered the diffuser because my friend had the machine. I cancelled the next day after I read the reviews. They make you jump to 3 different departments to cancel and unless you are on them everything, return is impossible. Buyer be aware. Not a very easy company to deal with.

I have had my differ for less then a year and it started to make a terrible noise and and the scent is not coming out any longer!!! I emailed them and they refuse to send a replacement that there is nothing they can’t do!!! I seen other reviews that say the same about the noise. Aroma360 you need to do better!!! As much as you charge for this diffusers and product this should not be defective!!! I would reconsider in buying this product

If I could give this company a 0, I would. I was called to sign up for a quarterly shipment that's billed monthly. With that is a "free" Medium sized diffuser. I was told that I had 14 days from delivery date to cancel. I tried to cancel on day 10. Customer service took thier sweet time getting back to me and by the time they did it was day 15. Imagine that. I've been stuck with this crappy service for over a year now and still have not found a scent that I like even a little.

I bought Divinchi diffuser without a contract and paid over $500. The store said that if the diffuser is too small for the room I can come back and buy Van Gosh and pay the difference. They also stated I have 90 days to get a subscription at which time they will refund the price of the equipment. After 10 days I went back to the store to exchange the diffuser to get the bigger one. The sales associate said that I can only buy change if I get a contract which I was not willing to do so as Aroma is selling the same sents on Amazon for $120 versus $160 through subscription. They then said that if I want the bigger diffuser I should pay them 20% restocking fees. Aroma 360 store in houston does not have a in store manager and the store would not give me her number. The sales associate and the manager spoke amongst themselves and said that the associate misrepresented the exchange and my only options were to either pay 20% restocking fees and exchange for the bigger diffuser or enter into a contract and then cancel it after 30 days. This company is a scam so stay away.

Do not finance. You pay for the machine 3x over! Customer service is not flexible. The machine will not be free. Pay attention to the interest on the loan. Scam!!!

The worst customer service. Their subscription plans and programs are a scam. Signed up and agree to pay over time. Had issues with one of my diffuser and decided to upgrade it. They said the price would go up and I understood but they still charge me the old amount too so I am paying twice. I call and email and cant get a human on the phone. The most frustrating experience! Save your money there are other companies online to use that will actually respond to you.

Damage and after change 2 times same issue!! Customer service sucks they just want more money and never replace!! Never buy and pls you guys don’t buy and waste your money!! There is lots of other product who way better then this crap

I wish I would’ve done my search on Aroma360 before purchasing. It has got to be the worse product ever and the customer service is complete crap. With less than two months of purchases, it completely stopped working and made a loud obnoxious sound. I emailed and called and they told me how to clean it and whether I did that and it still wouldn’t work. I called back again they told me to do the same thing. I went back and forth with them and they didn’t even tell me it was the motor. A year later I spoke to another person she then told me it was the motor and because it was over 90 days they can’t do anything but give me a discount on another defuser oh and the one I had was discontinued. She was so rude had the worse attitude. I was being extremely nice and understanding but omg. Save your money don’t get the Aroma360.
