Awful terrible company to deal with! DO NOT USE THEM. They lie about their billing process and they never want to refund you! STAY AWAY! It's been 2 months and I'm still trying to close my account with them.

I have had two devices that in less than a year had something wrong with them. The company will not respond to e-mail and they keep hanging up when you call. Try to get out of a subscription and it takes an act of god, this company needs to have law enforcement shut them down and refund money to anyone who has used their serive. BEWARE!!!!!

All the coments is this website are true. I bought the wireless pro and I had to return it multiple times for be a defective product. They change it to me for the Davinci 360 and Ive been told multiple multiple times that I had 30 days to return and cancel if a need it. Now all the information is incorrect and they lied to me multiple times including supervisors. The product is not suitable for me and Im trying to return it in 12 days. Beware. Im going to report it to the agencies and my credit card company for illegal practices, this company is fraudulent.,

SCAM ALERT - I bought the product in May, I am barely a week after their deceitful and very shady 30 day period (I have been trying to get in touch with them). They were pushy, misleading and actually lied. The product does NOT work.... they will not return my money even though I offered to send UNUSED product... SCAM. I am now forced to pay over $4000 for a broken product. What a terrible way to operate. I am not going to stop sharing my experience. I hope the attorney general does something to save others from this. They need to stand by their product and their service. Stay away.

TERRIBLE! I haven’t even had mine for 1 year and it doesn’t work anymore. When I contacted customer service they said, “That is what the warranty is for.” Seriously? I do not recommend that you waste your money.

SCAM - absolute scam. They make you sign a contract for years and charge your account hundred plus dollars a month. 4K for a scent diffuser is absurd!! Every time we tried to cancel they sent an email with a questionnaire. SCAM BEWARE

All the bad reviews I read are true -- wish I had seen before buying. This is a scam company. First, the call incessantly trying to upsell. Then products stop working just out of very short warranty -- no recourse -- customer support offered me a "free" diffuser but only with 3-year contract at only $109 a month!! This after I also had to stop them for an unauthorized "subscription" to oils I had not asked for. Agent told me the minis were "accessory" products only "meant to last a year" Davinci version impossible to program. Hard to see how they stay in business -- I'm done with them -- an expensive lesson I will warn friends about.
