My experience with Aroma360 has been extremely disappointing. I repeatedly attempted to cancel my subscription, but instead was encouraged to continue with a new device and financing plan. I agreed based on the promise that the service would improve. The device was never delivered. I received oils and a tote bag, but not the diffuser. Despite this, ClarityPay charged me $119 per month, including payments on April 10, May 10, and June 10, 2026. When I tried to resolve the issue, a representative told me he would take care of it, but my follow-up emails went unanswered and phone calls were not returned. Aroma360 later sent cancellation and refund-related emails, yet the financing account remained active and ClarityPay eventually reported a $238 past-due balance to the credit bureaus. I have now formally disputed the charges and requested cancellation, refunds, documentation, and correction of the credit reporting. Customers should carefully document every interaction and think twice before agreeing to Aroma360’s subscription or financing offers.

After being coerced into the VIP program assuring me that it was to guarantee the price will never go up...I find myself 45 days into the process with no resolution. They have "escalated" my dispute because my husband developed a medical condition where it is no longer advisable for his health condition as his doctor confirmed. Waiting for a resolution. Stand by-

These guys are SCAMMERS. They don’t respond to you and have taken 4 payments of mine and nothing received. Do not even think about purchasing from them. Impossible to cancel sub as well, need to cancel the card. Disgraceful!

Do not trust this company! I purchased a VIP membership with two "Museum" diffusers, which must be installed into the air conditioning. At first, they worked great, and the smell was fantastic. Then, they stopped working. I would spend hours on the phone with technical support (they have no technicians that can provide on-site support), both in English and Spanish. The machines would work for a day or two and then break down again. I am a lawyer and do not have the time to spend hours each week trying to get these machines to work. I asked for replacement equipment; they refused. I have been trying to cancel my account and return the machines for months now, and I just get the run-around. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General's office. I am now being harassed by their financing unit because I have, of course, stopped paying due to their breach of the contract.

I strongly recommend staying away from Aroma360. My experience with this company has been one of the worst I have ever had as a customer. First, the product itself is nowhere near the quality I expected for the price. For a company that markets itself as a premium or luxury brand, the actual quality is extremely disappointing and does not justify the cost. But the biggest problem is their cancellation process. Trying to cancel feels like being deliberately sent through an endless loop of policies, conditions, and obstacles designed to make it as difficult as possible to leave. Instead of a simple and transparent cancellation process, I found myself dealing with a system that felt intentionally confusing and unnecessarily complicated. In my experience, the entire business model feels predatory: it is very easy to get into the agreement, but remarkably difficult to get out of it. A reputable company should not need to rely on cancellation barriers and frustrating policies to retain customers. I genuinely regret doing business with Aroma360. Between the poor product quality, the cancellation nightmare, and the overall customer experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Before purchasing anything or signing up for any subscription or agreement with Aroma360, READ EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of the cancellation policy and billing terms. Do not assume cancelling will be simple. I wish I had done more research before giving this company my money. Based on my experience, I would never purchase from Aroma360 again.

They are pathological liars, you cannot get anyone in customer service, they force you to send email to get to someone yet the system will not allow the message to be sent. Then when you actually call you sit onb hold with nopbody to answer the phone. I sat for any hour. They need to be fined and regulated.

100% a scam. Thank God I only started out ordering something small. I ordered just a 20ml oil and signed up for a 6 month subscription and was supposed receive a free diffuser. They immediately called me trying to upsell to the whole home for a 3 year commitment costing around $4200. When I said no, they got short with me and all the sudden their tiny diffuser I was supposed to get was out of stock. So I'm sitting on oil with no diffuser. Then they had a mystery gift included in the transaction that I had to pay $12 for plus shipping. Turns out its a $50 gift card which sounds nice but you can't use it on anything discounted on the website which wasn't specified during the ordering. Plus they told me I had 3 months to use it but then immediately sent me an email saying I had 7 days before it expires. So I reached out several times and received nothing other than "your diffuser is out of stock". Since I still don't have the diffuser, I cancelled my subscription prior to the end of the 6 months and they immediately charged me $79. FOR WHAT? I don't have the diffuser...I'm not getting oils, and the mystery gift card continues to be truly mysterious since no one at that god forsaken company seems to know how to use it. Do not be tempted by their fraudulent tactics.
